A two-day 2026 programme trained 23 participants, including cross-border drivers and supervisors from public and private organisations. The initiative was supported in part by a Rotary Foundation District Grant through District 9150.
In October 2024, 100 fruit trees were planted at GS APACE in Nyakabanda as part of a publicly announced 500-tree project targeting selected sectors of Nyarugenge.
RCKK publicly reports chartering the Interact Club of Kigali International Community School in 2023 to encourage leadership, responsibility and service among students.
The club reports that 250 reusable water bottles were distributed to students in 2024, encouraging healthy hydration and reduced reliance on single-use plastics.
Health-awareness activities have included community walking and education encouraging healthier lifestyles and diabetes-risk reduction.
Members joined Rotaract Rwanda and Silverback Tea Company in a tree-planting initiative supporting environmental conservation and sustainable land use.
RCKK joined partners in remembrance activities at Nyanza Genocide Memorial, supporting learning, remembrance, unity and peacebuilding.
Members have participated in national polio-awareness activities organised through the wider Rotary Rwanda family.
Recent publicly reported collaborations include Rotary District 9150, The Rotary Foundation, CILT Rwanda, Supply Chain Hub Africa, Rotaract Rwanda, Silverback Tea Company, Steps to Wellness, schools and public/private institutions.
