Rotary Club of Kigali Karisimbi was established in 2022. Public reporting describes the club as a growing organisation that has expanded its membership, developed its first five-year strategic plan and secured District Grant support for a professional road-safety programme.

RCKK participates in Rotary District 9150 activities and collaborates with Rotary and Rotaract partners. Its public activities have included road-safety training, tree planting, Genocide commemoration, diabetes awareness and youth leadership support.
